Halloween Costume Help PLEASE- ASAP Answers!?

About a week ago I asked for help on getting a Halloween costume. The deal is I am working as a tour guide for the Haunted House on the square and I have to have a creepy/scary costume. The meeting was yesterday and i asked what I should be. They said anything as long as it was creepy…so what im going to do it just get a C-U-T-E outfit/costume and then put fake eye lashes on and baby powder on my face…the problem it im not sure of a good costume. I don’t want to look like a skank because im 13 and if it is a low cut shirt and SHORT skirt then i will wear my black OR brown leggings. The color undershirts I have are black, white, light blue, and brown, and an orange/pink color. I want it to be cheap also. Shoot I would love a costume from WalMart or something because I do not want to but it offline because I hate using my parents credit cards. The local stores here are Wal-Mart, Wal Greens, and im sure their are more but that’s all I can think of…I am size Jr. Large/ Medium and Adult Small.
ALL ideas are appreciated! Even if it is offline that is fine just please help me!

Want to attend a party but can't afford the "please bring . . . " item.?

My son (17) was invited to a graduation party – and was asked to bring 30 (yes, 30) hamburger patties. Now I don’t think the hostess is taking advantage of him – but she, like my son, is in a special ed class for children with mental disabilities; and I do sincerely believe that she assigned one food to each invitee with no thought as to the cost. I admire her parents for allowing her to have the full responsibility of the party planning – but I’m not sure if they know how she delegated the food. And it seems to me (am I wrong?) that the hostess would supply the "main course" while guests bring "sides". He was unwilling to express his concern to his classmate – and he’d rather die than have me talk to her or her parents about this lol. So we’ve decided, for now, that we will get the cheap bulk patties (about – and I feel bad about the cheapness of the burgers), and he’ll do some chores to "earn" them. This cripples my too-small food budget (/week). Any better way here?

For my 16th b-day party…??

Okay..I’ll be sixteen in a couple of months and want to throw a party of some sort for my friends. Here’s some basic info:
-I live in a small town (no bowling, movies, etc.) and live back in the woods on a hill
-My friends range from 14 (girl) – 20 (guy)
-My b-day is on a thursday and is the last weekend b4 we go back to school, but my bro and the 20 year old guy have spring break (i don’t know when yet) so I wanna have it so they can come
- I can’t spend a bunch of money so I need something that’s fun and cheap
- I probly won’t have my license yet becuz I get that on my actual b-day
-There will probably be about 15-20 of us (my family will come)

So that’s the basic stuff…I can go to wal-mart or dollar stores for supplies and there’s a savealot and e.w. james and a couple other stores for groceries…I know it’s kinda askin for alot but I really don’t want my parents to have to pay alot for my birthday party. Thanks! :D
okay..the 20-year old guy i’ve gone to school with since in kindergarten and he’s my bro’s best friend and he’s my friend too and we are both CHRISTIANS!! why does everyone assume he’s just in it for sex?!? he’s really sweet and a gentleman and i’ve been friends with him pretty much since i was born and he’s a family friend too. and the question is what should I do for my birthday give all the conditions?? I have no clue what to do and I’m sorry I didn’t right the question out earlier.

Quick, easy and cheap Halloween costume?

Alright. So, here’s the story: I’m 17 years old. Someone mistaked me as an 8th grader, but that’s besides the point. I want to go trick or treating for Halloween. It seems almost childish, but the point is, I’m 17. I only have one more year until I become an official adult. I haven’t gone trick or treating for about 4 years because my mom said I was too old, but I’d love to go out this year and somehow I’ll try to convince them. My other problem is the fact that I have like…no costume. Any ideas to help me create a costume from stuff I already have or can get easily and inexpensively? Also, any ideas on how to get my parents to let me go out? I was planning on getting a couple of my friends in lower grades to go. Please help. Much appreciated. Thanks.
